The benefits of meditation are endless. It not only helps you to calm your racing mind, you will also soon notice the positive impacts it has on your physical health.
Yoga
Yoga is for everyone. It doesn't matter how old or physically fit you are, I will meet you exactly where you're at. Translated into English, yoga means "union". The union of our body, mind and soul. Practicing yoga on a regular basis will help you to feel this union within and and to nourish yourself on all necessary levels.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress & anxiety. The energy that is provided during a session improves the flow and balance of your own energy which then supports your wellbeing on all levels. It is an amazing catalyst to activate your own inner magic. And that's ultimately all you'll ever need.
