Health Coaching

The most important goal for me as a coach is to guide you back to your own wisdom and to show you that you have indeed the power to influence your health & wellbeing and turn your entire life around. Oftentimes we are so stuck in our daily duties that we forget how incredibly efficient our own actions are. I use a gently yet very effective approach that allows you to take your power back step by step. Because ultimately, only you know what feels 100% right and good for your body, mind and soul. 

Through our modern way of living we have forgotten how to listen to our intuition. The very destination I will guide you back to. Based on your own wisdom and the latest scientific research, we will set up a program that is specifically tailored to your own unique needs and that is easy to follow. A healthy lifestyle needs to feel good and bring you joy on all levels, otherwise it's hard to achieve sustainable results.

Health Coaching - Single Session 

This is the perfect choice if you have specific questions that can be addressed in one single appointment. However, it is also a great option if you don't feel ready to sign up for a longer program and wish to book your appointments one by one. My approach will then of course be exactly the same as in my 3-months program.

Health Coaching - 3-Months Program

The great advantage of working together with a coach is having someone by your side for a longer period of time. During this time, most situations that are challenging for you tend to bubble to the surface and can then be resolved in together. This allows us to develop strategies that will empower you to act in a more sustainable way time you are faced with a similar tricky situation. 

With my support, you will have enough time and to incorporate and strengthen your new routines and habits which will boost your confidence for future challenges.

Together we will find sustainable strategies that help you reach your full potential in the areas that might need a little more attention.

  • I will help you to rediscover the forgotten art of intuitive eating. Our bodies are truly magnificent. They know exactly what they need, the only thing is, we have forgotten how to listen to them.
